I am leaving this review to share with you my delight at the customer service provided by Carol Clark at Braemore Sales and Letting. She conducted herself with a professionalism that's impressed me. More importantly she kept her promise of returning to me on the due date and time. Having never met Carol in person but judging by her attitude over the phone, I am sure this is not a one-off.
