Property Management at Braemore Lettings Edinburgh
We let a flat in Musselburgh for the past 3 years. We consistently received excellent service from our agent and specifically our property manager Rachel V. from Braemore. She was consistently helpful, provided excellent service, and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us as tenants. I would highly recommend Braemore, based on our interactions with Rachel, she is fantastic!

Excellent Service!!
The staff that I dealt with (Susan Conway, Susan Ryles, Rachel MacDonnell, Gillian Pearce) from Braemore respond to my queries and issues within short period of time, normally within a day. They managed to resolve the queries/issues in a nick of time too! Overall very satisfied with Braemore, no issues at all!

The Two Pauls = Very Professional and Friendly.
While I was on the phone to Paul Forsyth asking for a new hoover he was already on the computer ordering one from Argos. It then arrived a few hours later. He was very professional and friendly. Paul Vass did our interim inspection this year and was very friendly and professional. he treated our home and ourselves with respect and made the process (which in the past had been painful with cold robotic staff) a pleasure.

Very happy and peace of mind

Very helpful and friendly
Having only been letting with braemore for 1 month so far, they have gone out of their way to help me with everything in the flat. When the washer was broken an engineer was out within 48 hours to test it and it was replaced within a week. When the boiler clock failed, they had a new one fitted within a week. The convenience of not having to be in was great for me. When the fridge broke, they kept me updated with the progress and chased the landlady on a regular basis until it was replaced. Can not fault their service and helpfulness especially Urszula. Thanks again ;-)

Very Happy with the service
I have been a landlord with Braemore for a number of years and have always been impressed and delighted with the speed in which they secure any new tenants. for me. My property manager (Lewis Baker) is fantastic and always on hand to offer advice. Would highly recommend.

friendly, helpful, quick response
Braemore were one of the better letting agents we've had They were very helpful when our landlord sold the property we were renting and offered to help us find somewhere new to live which was much appreciated. Always quick at responding to queries and maintenance issues Friendly staff
