I was greatly impressed by the warm welcome I received when I moved in the flat for the first time. Eleonora was quite patient in introducing me to the flat and helped me get familiar with how to use the kitchen equipment, boiler and heating system, etc. Thanks to her help, I gradually get used to my new life in this flat.
