I've been renting a flat managed by Umega for the last two years. Over that time they have been the best property managers I've ever worked with in my years of renting flats in the UK and US. I'm writing because of a recent example: I came back from a trip and my flat was cold. I looked at the boiler for the heating system and its little UI was showing an error code. The boiler wasn't working so not hot water for the radiators or the sinks. Umega has an easy website to request repairs. I supplied all the details needed so they could figure out the appropriate contractor to send to do the repairs and one of their team, Millie Forrest, reached out to me for more details. She kept me updated about the status of selecting a repair service, when they were going to arrive, etc. And once they came and did the repairs she wanted to know how it went. She was on top of it.
