As a student who has rented with Umega twice with two different properties, the process has always been smooth and easy (both move in and move out). The tenancy team go above and beyond, they're always very responsive and happy to answer any questions or address concerns; any technical issues with the properties have always been resolved quickly. Kim has also been a huge help in our rental process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Overall, I'd highly recommend them for renting in Edinburgh.

Umega have just let my property. From the first contact made with them the service provided was exceptional. They guided me through the whole process with regard preparing and having all relevant paperwork in order. Taking away any potential stress in hand. The whole team involved where always at the end if the phone and ready to help. The property went onto the market and within 24hrs potential new tenants where going through there checks and are now residents. Well done Umega.
