They supported me with the transition from letting to selling, joining the exit check on the property and advising on recommended work before listing it on the market. They also staged my vacant property for photography, making sure it looked its best. The marketing materials were of high quality, including a virtual tour and stunning photos. Since I live four hours away, Umega handled all the viewings, which was incredibly convenient. Millie at Umega informed me that the tenant at my property had requested that the existing broadband connection be upgraded to full fibre broadband. I knew nothing about full fibre broadband installation, and so I wanted to know exactly what I would be agreeing to. Millie was helpful in addressing any concerns I had, and promptly contacted the tenant with any questions I had. Millie was quick to let me know the tenant’s responses. I happily gave the go ahead feeling I was able to make an informed decision.
