I had a property inspection last week and it was very well done. I received an email prior to the inspection making sure to ask before hand on whether or not they would get access to the property. Kellie Ryan managed and underwent the inspection at the property and was very quick and thorough and explained why she was taking photos and also made sure to check the alarms to ensure they were working safely as well as checking the windows for any damage. Also, she notified me that another inspection is due between 6-9 months from this inspection which is reassuring knowing that everything is being taken care of in terms of property safety. Overall, I had a positive experience with the inspection done by Kellie.
