The whole experience has been awful, including the company policies. A very slow contract coming through which after paying a holding deposit 6 weeks before move in date we received the contract the day before, and confusion over rent agreed. We agreed on paying monthly and then the landlord demanded 6 months in advance and we finally settled on 3 months after understanding the landlord would pull out otherwise and if we pulled out then we'd lose our holding deposit. We're a family with two young children so to be provided with this ultimatum is unprofessional and frankly unacceptable and the experience very uncomfortable and stressful. The Landlord is now being difficult to work with! We've had to really push for the boiler to get fixed!!!! This is turning into a renting nightmare and what's worse is the yourmove out of hours number did not work yesterday. Outrageous.
