I walked in and introduced myself to Filipe and he listened to attentively to my needs and requirements. Such an amazing agent and team with attention to detail and ever willing to help out with advice, local contacts and any property related questions. Their rates are very acceptable, their local expertise is spot on and the sales process very transparent. Filipe was consistently in touch, pro active and always had a Plan B in place for me.
