Today we've completed on our first family home. It's been an interesting journey of knowns and unknows. The team at Your Move Eltham, Tara and Laura, have been professional, easy and supportive to collaborate with in order to see the transaction through. For example, after six weeks into the process, our lender hasn't provided us with a mortgage offer yet however, Tara and Laura haven't lost trust in us as buyers and even allowed us to change the lender last minute. Also, they allowed us a delayed completion to suit our rental termination date. Equally, every time we wanted to view the property again and again they always accomodated this need.
