I completed on selling my house today and although I am utterly exhausted (after what has been a super long day juggling schools runs and a few logistical things with the move not going to plan), feel compelled to write a glowing review for the entire Kings team who managed this sale. My faith has been fully restored in traditional bricks-and-mortar estate agents. These guys are a cut above the rest and know their stuff. We had to bring them in quite urgently after being let down by an online estate agent and they more than rose to the occasion. Daniel, the manager, was our key agent. He was personable, knowledgable and confident in Kings' ability to sell our house for the right price. We immediately felt that we were in safe hands. Archie was super enthusiastic and dynamic with all his viewings. It was clear his clients liked him enormously. Deniz was the perfect combination of positive, sunny and switched on - who ultimately matched our buyers to our home and we could tell how much they trusted her. Suwit underpinned all the team's efforts with his senior presence, sharp suits and obvious experience. The entire team are fire, work so well together and it's clear that their love and knowledge of their local area is unparalleled. We were kept informed of every viewing, the outcome and next steps throughout the process. Communication is a bugbear of mine so it was really great to feel so in the loop on everything. I didn't need to chase them once. Nor did we feel like just another house to be sold and just another commission to add to the books - we felt part of their family. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone wanting to sell their house in Enfield. Had we had another property here we would return to Kings in a heartbeat. And I am not easily impressed! Thanks to the whole team. 5-stars all day long.
