Suwit - the perfect agent!! As a broker i work with numerous agents and more often than not, they can make life very difficult. Suwit has been exceptional and creates the perfect bridge between buyers (& brokers) and sellors which is what all estate agents should be doing. He is the perfect professional and i have seen through numerous cases with him. cases seem to go through very smoothly when we work together. But my experience with him on winnington road purchase- which turned out to be extremely complicated- was exceptional. If it was not for him, i think we the deal would not have gone through. Hes an honest agent you can trust, one that is exceptional at his job. Its not often i can say that about estate agents :))
