Worst agency so far!!!!
We get contract, pay money and when i have to get keys they say sorry, the landlady changed the mind.
We have to cancel everything, wait for us 6 000£ pounds and two months after i started to have bills for gas, power and water.
We are here to help... then opsy daysy its not us problem, fok off and have nice day.

We are very sorry that you are unsatisfied with the service received by our office.
We were instructed to rent the property and draw paperwork for you moving into the property which we did. Unfortunately the landlord pulled out last minute due to a family matter and resulted in her being unable to let the property. This was out of our control and in no way a reflection on anything we had done wrong. As soon as we were made aware, we advised yourselves, tried to find you another suitable property, and after you decided the alternative house was not for you we refunded all monies you had paid instantly.
We have acted in a respectful and timely manner, and we are very sorry this has happened, but need to stress that this has not been caused by us in any way.
