The service that I received from Kings Group has been beyond what I believe their job description is and they completely overwhelmed me with how above and beyond they went. I had to obtain 3 valuations as I needed a probate in order to sell my late mothers house, all the valuations were fairly similar but Daniel stood out as he went far more into detail regarding the whole process and how I could still sell the house during the probate process. My solicitor advised me that it would take 4-6 months for probate but that I could do it online myself which could be quicker I obviously didn't know where to start. Daniel reiterated this and advised me his seen probates take 8 weeks and kindly offered to help me with all the forms which needed to be sent off to the probate registry. He sat with me for over 2 hours and completed all the required forms (we got the probate in under 11 weeks and it cost under £300 vs £2000 which my solicitor wanted to charge. Daniel then had a great team in Stu & Archie who sold my house in 2 weeks, they kept me updated during every stage and the whole process including the probate took less than 16 weeks to complete. I was so speechless, my neighbour is now dealing with them and once again they are offering a 5 star service. I have had nothing but a good experience with Kings Enfield Highway from start to finish.
