Suwit - the perfect agent!! As a broker i work with numerous agents and more often than not, they can make life very difficult. Suwit has been exceptional and creates the perfect bridge between buyers (& brokers) and sellors which is what all estate agents should be doing. He is the perfect professional and i have seen through numerous cases with him. cases seem to go through very smoothly when we work together. But my experience with him on winnington road purchase- which turned out to be extremely complicated- was exceptional. If it was not for him, i think we the deal would not have gone through. I was really pleased with the service here. I dealt mainly with Sophie & Elesha-Ann who helped me let out a property I own. The communication was great and Sophie would often email after hours with updates. The tenants were found within in a week for my agreed asking price and fees were very reasonable.
