Since first engaging with the team at the start of the sale process, the whole team were friendly, professional and honest. The team were able to find a buyer super quick and everything was going as predicted, up until COVID-19 lockdown. Even though pretty much everything was closed, Daniel kept me informed regularly and I really appreciate his efforts in keeping the dialogue open between me and the buyers. I'm commenting as a buyer and I have been dealing with Deniz and Daniel at the Enfield Highway branch whom I've found to both be professional albeit they represent the seller. I have had more dealings with Deniz and she has been fantastic from the first viewing in terms of assisting with negotiations with the seller and understanding my personal needs; she's also assisted my family on other property deals and was my go to person when another transaction became abortive via a different estate agency. Deniz was so thoughtful that she even gave me a bouquet of flowers following the birth of my baby. I should also add that Danish, the mortgage broker, at the Enfield Highway branch of Kings has been most professional and prompt from the first point of contact. I'm sure that his concise application to the lender assisted massively in turning around a mortgage offer being issued the day after their surveyor valued the property at a time when lenders, surveyors, lawyers and mortgage brokers are feeling the intense pressure of a heated and full on property market. My property purchase has yet to complete but I'm confident that this will happen with Daniel's and Deniz's assistance to help push this through. I have no hesitation in recommending the Enfield Highway branch of Kings.

I started the process of relocating at the beginning of September. Suwit was my main contact under the guidance of Daniel, the Manager. I cannot praise the pair of them enough. Suwit is a charming man who despite having ongoing difficulties with the sale of this house has remained focused, professional, polite and optimistic. To start Daniel met with me to agree and explain the sale process. My mind was put at rest re COVID and at no time did I feel that King's did not have safety as the number one priority when showing potential buyers round this house. Daniel as the Manager clearly knows his business and it is apparent that he is training Suwit up to the same high standard. The last few days prior to exchange were very difficult (by reasons caused further up my chain) and I really feel that had Suwit not been so positive and encouraging I would have given up.
