AMAZINGLY QUICK EXCHANGE (less than 7 weeks!!!). Kings in-house solicitor, Kara Smith, did an amazingly stellar job in the conveyancing in closely coordinating between the various parties . Progress was monitored online and on a smartphone app 24/7 and easy to navigate, completely transparent with all activities recorded and traceable with very limited need to speak to anyone. Big shout to Suwit, Daniel and the rest of the team for making our dream of home ownership a reality. With their friendly, professional and approachable demeanor and disposition , they've calmly guided us through the whole process.
