I still don’t see what estate agents do to warrant such a large fee from sale of any property. Team were always professional but always felt conversations were either impersonal or dragged on with too much estate agent conflab. Agreed fee wasn’t not final price taken either. House sold in expected time frame

The only knowledgeable person seems to be Mohammed the manager, who occasionally visits this branch. When you ask questions to the agents, they always have to refer back the manager. You'll definitely get a property but be aware of the lack of aftercare support.

Worst agency so far!!!! We get contract, pay money and when i have to get keys they say sorry, the landlady changed the mind. We have to cancel everything, wait for us 6 000£ pounds and two months after i started to have bills for gas, power and water. We are here to help... then opsy daysy its not us problem, fok off and have nice day.
