We had a few estate agents round but kings stood out with their enthusiastic & positive attitudes - although there may have been slightly cheaper agents out there, I wouldn’t use anyone else; the 3-4 profession & polite staff organised & assisted potential buyers remaining professional every-time, views mainly consisted of a weekend within 15 minutes of each other . The fact they don’t get their fee until they sold took pressure off us, we never felt rushed into making any decisions. You may not get through to who you need to speak to on the day but you’ll always get an answer by close of business. We actually had a buyer pull out during the process but kings remained calm and straight on it again.
