We had an incredible experience as tenants in a property let by Mullucks. All of them are friendly and they always help you in the best way they can. They look after the property and their tenants as well; they keep you always updated and solve promptly every single issue. Our primary contact was Zoe Porter and she was brilliant, professional and efficient.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to help. They look after the properties but I never felt that they were intruding or over the top. Just generally an absolutely lovely experience with this agency which is a bit of a first as far as estate agents go. They use a system called fixflo which is brilliant and stops problems slipping through the net. Really great! My primary contact was Vanessa Brown and she was brilliant. Very responsive, lovely, professional and efficient. Great experience (I was the tenant in a property let by Mullucks).

Fantastic service! We dealt with Nick and Charlie from Saffron Walden branch. Complex case with us selling land with permission for a new house and also our family house and they dealt with it superbly.
