No complaints from me. Andy is always super helpful. Any problems are sorted out quickly enough and there's no constant hassling like you get from certain other letting agents in this city.

Overall, the experience dealing with Belvoir was sub-par and I would be very hesitant to deal with them again. I had an endless list of complaints, the main issue being that the front door let in any chav that decided to give it a punt leading to some unsavoury meetings during the night… I regrettably gave each mattress in the house a lengthy sniff; instant regret. Very poor. I called about a property advertised to let to arrange a viewing and was told that they would have to contact the current tenants to arrange a time and come back to me. No one did. I chased it after 48 hours as the weekend was looming and presented the best opportunity for me to see the property. On calling again I was informed that the tenants were unreachable and away and not to worry as I would be contacted as soon as they had made contact. By Monday I still had not heard so I chased again, only to be told that the property has been let to someone who viewed it at the weekend. When I questioned how this could be as the tenants were not present to arrange or conduct a viewing, a very hasty and sketchy excuse was given about it having been arranged a while ago. Either the agent is prioritising viewers or had fogotten to call me. Either way this is a shockingly unprofessional service to both landlords and prospective tenants - an agent that is going to deny landlords a full service by ignoring enquiries does not deserve your business when there are other professional alternatives out there. Avoid this amateurish set up at all costs.
