Working with Josh Wicks on the last house sale, that our small eco home development company had taken on, was nothing short of amazing. Having secured a buyer, we found ourselves faced with the mini budget just before exchange and a sudden shift in the small chains view on whether to proceed. His calm head, excellent communication with the whole chain and willingness to follow my instructions (which may have seemed rash and could have possibly jeopardising the sale) when push came to shove allowed us to secure the sale and complete with the initial buyer. Thank you, Josh, for showing a cool head and working so hard on saving the sale – the buyer is so happy with the house and we can hopefully take on another project once prices settle a bit.
