Martin & Co have been managing our properties in West Cornwall for about 10 years now, having had three different agencies handle our portfolio in the previous ten years. Without a hesitation we can say that the service we are given on all fronts has been exceptional, of the very highest professional standard. Recently Hannah Maxfield has dealt with some pressing property issues, including tenancy renewals, with great skill, whilst Susan Robins is our daily contact and again is effective, professional and can often anticipate a problem and sort it before a tenant has any need to be concerned. I have also used M&Co to sell properties, see first review above, which again had been a process we were dreading but had our worries assuaged and solid and swift sales achieved.
