Myself and another student viewed a student house today and the estate agent that showed us around the property, Liam Jefferies, was extremely friendly and helpful. He had all the information we needed to know about the property on hand and was very informative. It was so nice to have an estate agent that treated us like people and not just students. He asked what courses we were studying and if we were enjoying Falmouth. Overall, a fantastic viewing of a nice property, made even better by Liam.

Martin & Co have been managing our properties in West Cornwall for about 10 years now, having had three different agencies handle our portfolio in the previous ten years. Without a hesitation we can say that the service we are given on all fronts has been exceptional, of the very highest professional standard. Recently Hannah Maxfield has dealt with some pressing property issues, including tenancy renewals, with great skill, whilst Susan Robins is our daily contact and again is effective, professional and can often anticipate a problem and sort it before a tenant has any need to be concerned. I have also used M&Co to sell properties, see first review above, which again had been a process we were dreading but had our worries assuaged and solid and swift sales achieved. A first rate outfit to have a business relationship with.

Olivia Bradley has been excellent on email comms answering all our needs as landlords and pre-empting some of our issues. She readily agreed to meet me at one of the properties so we could go through the list of concerns face to face which was very reassuring

We asked Martin & Co to find a tenant for an ex holiday rental. They were very helpful throughout and within a couple of months we had some great tenants fully checked, deposits paid and in the house. The team kept us informed throughout and the fee was reasonable. Very flexible with options - we also paid for an inventory but not for long term management. Overall very happy with the service we received.
