We met Liam Jefferies at the property who was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. He also kept us in the loop when waiting to hear back which we really liked. During the process, we were in contact with Ruby Stuart who provided all of the information for referencing, this was helpful as we were both relatively new to the process.
