We have been dealing with Martin & Co over the last 4 months whilst looking to rent a new home after going through homelessness. I cannot express how friendly and helpful they have been during this time. We have seen upwards of 10 properties with them during this time and been shown the properties by Liam on most occasions. He does a great job of showing the property, giving all the information needed and, answer any questions we have had. We have now been accepted for a home through Martin & Co and have dealt with Ruby during the referencing process, etc. She has been incredibly prompt during this process, given all the information we have needed and, made it such a smooth process. All we can say is a huge thank you to the team during this time as the kindness they have shown, has been a difficult time worthwhile in the long run.

We’ve had a great experience with Martin & Co’s Falmouth branch. Liam and Ruby have been great at keeping us updated and informed about the property we have chosen to rent. They have been great in accommodating our needs for online viewings and communication over emails and telephone calls. It has been clear and simple when coming to signing tenancy agreements and referencing.

I used Martin & Co to successfully sell my house in Falmouth. I found them helpful and flexible. After the survey the house was shown to need a new roof and as I don't live in Falmouth they located and arranged to get competitive quotes to reroof, this is going above and beyond a normal estate agent and their actions saw the sale thorough to completion.
