My 80 year old Mum is just about to take on a tenancy with Townsend. From the initial call I made with the company I knew I was dealing with professionals who looked after their clients. My main dealings have been with Dan and Sophie who to me are outstanding employees. They have both been patient and understanding especially when I have been asked to undertake paperwork online(I am not particulary computer friendly) I feel very confident that if my Mum does have any problems that they will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
