All the staff where extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the shop to completion. I do not have a very good opinion generally of estate agents even though my daughter was one for a short while but Perry Bishop are the exception. I have brought 3 houses in the past year. Once you make the offer that's it you don't hear from them again. Usually any issues are someone else's problem. However Perry Bishop were fantastic. Immediately showing me a house that fitted my specific specifications, chasing up solicitors for an update, calling me when my adviser would be on holiday, congratulating on completion and the final touch of posting a "welcome to your new home" card. I have never received one of those from any other estate agent. Small inexpensive touch that means so much. I am used to managing the buying process myself from previous experience but was always surprised when I got a follow up telephone call from Perry Bishop. I know a lot is down to chance finding the right house etc but I felt with Perry Bishop they would be there when I needed them.
