Refreshingly honest, supportive and a touch of good humour too

I warmed to Hayley instantly - she was friendly, open and honest from the start - characteristics that I would expect from any work colleague. We had to wait quite a while to get our offer accepted and Hayley went beyond the call of duty to keep us informed and updated along the way. Trying to buy a house can be emotionally stressful, and it was nice to have someone like Hayley at hand to support us during the process and add a bit of humour to it all too. We also sold our house through the same agents - and we were thrilled with the level of service from Hayley and the team. As a vendor, we need to hear the truth, even if sometimes that is not always what we want to hear. Hayley had a nice way of breaking news to us, in a constructive and positive manner. She also secured us a fabulous buyer, and kept our buyer fully infomed when our own house offer was taking a long time to be accepted.
