The extra mile

Hayley was the vendor's agent for a house that we were ultimately unsuccessful in securing. The sale actually fell through because Hayley's client was a particularly difficult individual which made the whole process quite stressful. Nevertheless, Hayley showed us a lot of kindness and truly went the extra mile to try and resolve the difficulties caused by her client. Hayley was meticulous about following up and always delivered on her promises. She took the time to understand our requirements and did not bombard us with endless unsuitable properties. If we were ever to sell our house in the future, I would not hesitate in engaging Hayley. She is a consummate professional who takes the time to understand the needs of everyone involved in the transaction and reliably delivers on her promises with a healthy dose of humour when things get really stressful. This was an unpleasant experience, but we are truly appreciative of everything that Hayley did to get us through it as painlessly as possible. We couldn't have asked her for anything more. Thank you!
