We had been looking to purchase a property for some time. We met Hayley at the property we have now purchased and not only did she have all the knowledge about the property and was able to answer all our questions, she also had extensive knowledge of the area as a whole. She is very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process she was very active and it always felt as though she was pushing everything on ( ie. Pushing solicitors to get their issues sorted out etc etc). When the time comes to sell our property, she will be the first person I will seek out to sell it on our behalf. Charters are very fortunate to have Hayley working for them. Utterly brilliant!!!
