We purchased our property through Charters and wish that we had used them and TIm for the sale of our property too. Tim was informative, communicative and responsive at every step of the way. Something our own agent was not. With Tim;s help we managed to push the deal through despite many adversities; his helpfulness and sense of humour made a difficult situation manageable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tim and Charters again in any future property purchases and sale.

Sale of Tumblewood, Ash Green.
Tim and his team were very polite, and helpful. Tim would always call each Wednesday, and make sure he updated us with any changes, even if there were none, it was nice to have that call. Determined to sell our house, and honest with us abut prices and feedback from people who viewed, and always tried to help with any questions or issues near the closure of our sale. I would always recommend Time and his team @ Charters. James Cooke.

Genuine down to earth agent
Hayley has been brilliant throughout our property search. She's been honest & kept us up to date with new properties about to come onto the market, and has often called just to see how we were getting on. I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with her, she's helpful and funny!

A personal touch
From the moment I met Hayley she was warm, welcoming, helpful and professional. She actually listened to what our needs were and was full of advice and gave excellent guidance. She kept in contact, fulfilled any promises she made and all whilst remaining approachable, pragmatic and friendly. Thank you Hayley, having dealt with many estate agents, you certainly stood out.

Friendly and Helpful from start to finish
From start to finish Tim and his team were friendly and helpful, chasing and making sure our chain was progressing. Even when our chain collapsed, we were able to exchange six weeks later with a new chain in place, thanks in no small way to the hard work and tenacity of the team

Very impressed
I am very impressed with the team at Farnham, especially Jonny. From the start I found him to be a good listener. He understood straight away what sort of house we were looking for and found the exact/ideal home for us (which suited our requirements both in location and style). Two words Jonny said to me 'trust me' and they were the most honest words he could have ever have said to me. Tim has a professional and genuine team at Farnham. They always return my calls and answer any queries I may have. Jonny thank you for finding our dream home.

Honest, open, available,efficient,unfazed,experienced,reliable and friendly.
I came back to Tim to sell my house having aborted an earlier attempt due to the local school soliciting for developers to buy the green site by my house. There was no angst from him having put a lot of work into trying to sell it with no reward he first time and his team produced a stream of interested viewers resulting in a sale at the asking price.. This review has been delayed owing to BT failing to transfer my internet connection, getting ion line for the first time yesterday instead of 15 May. I highly recommend Tim and his team and he can use my name as a reference at any time. Alan Butler

Very impressed....
Overall I was very impressed with Tim and Charters EA. Refreshing to work with an estate agent who actually gave the impression they were working for their client rather than just trying to push another sale through and gain their fee. Great communication throughout the whole process with honest and constructive feedback. Would recommend them to anybody.......
