Unfailingly professional, helpful, and supportive

throughout our protracted and ultimately unsuccessful search for a property, Carrie offered sage counsel while providing a level of professional service that was second to none, whether at the Farnham office or the various properties visited. Thank you, Carrie. We have undertaken to remove our property from the market, but when we next engage an Estate Agent, it will be Charters of Farnham.

Jonny - caring, attentive service.

Although in our sixties, we're just about to move into our first house, purchased last January. Because we are presently in tied accommodation, we couldn't move into the purchased property until I retired this month. Last November we decided to sign-up with various Estate Agents in Alton, but came away from each agency with nothing actually in our hands. Not so with Charters (Alton Branch)! We came away with four houses to consider, and a time was arranged to meet Jonny the next day. He couldn't have been more helpful, and was particularly so when it came to we novices putting in an offer. With his help, we managed to secure a property which "ticked the boxes". Thank you, Jonny, for all the time you spent with us, and for your wise advice.

Very Professional, but very personable

Probably worth 6 stars, Samantha worked her socks off to find and get us the best possible available mortgage and her colleagues at Trinity kept us informed every step of the way. This all sounds a bit OTT but they were that good. Thank you

Excellent service

Kein Hogan has done an amazing job finding a right lender. He is very experienced and thorough. Mortgage was approved within 1 week!

Professional, Friendly, Honest, Hard Working, Committed, Reliable

Samantha was a delight to work with. I trusted her the first meeting we had. She listened to my needs and found a solution. It was a complex situation which she resolved and now I have achieved my goal. She was patient and supportive throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone that needs mortgage advice. Hope to work with her again soon.

Extremely happy!!

We sold our property through Charters and I am so pleased we decided to use them. From the moment we first met Tim we have been nothing but impressed with his professionalism and dedication to ensuring that our sale went as smoothly as possible. Tim works to an extremely high standard and kept us updated regularly, which was in stark contrast to the agents we where buying through! A huge thank you goes out to Tim and the whole team in the Farnham branch, you are a credit to Charters and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tim fronts an Excellent Charters Team

After a few months of having failed to sell our property with one agent we appointed Charters to boost our chances of a sale. We were impressed with the enthusiasm and professionalism of Peter Sterling who took the property onto Charters books and felt confident we had another agent who would actively pursue the sale of our property. Tim Branston eventually took over the lead role and with the support of the Charters team sold the property. We found Tim, enthusiastic, affable and a very good communicator. He made sure we were regularly updated with current status and did not veer away from providing an honest and factual assessment of what proved to be a difficult and long sale. Quick, Responsive & Friendly

Stephanie made herself available and promptly answered all my queries and responded to emails in a timely fashion. She produced a great marketing brochure for the property.

Efficient and happy to help

Stephanie was very quick to reply to all our emails and calls when needed. She always answered our questions as straight as she could and where not known would revert back to us. it was a pleasure having her working on our house sale.

Great service - very understanding of our requirements

Jonny has been the best estate agent that we have dealt with so far in our house search. He has been the only one who has genuinely listened and understood our requirements - putting forward houses of the right character, size and location (many others seem to keep sending houses in other towns etc, despite us saying we were very particular!). My husband I have felt like we have been kept up to speed with the progress of offers etc and been informed about new houses that meet our requirements ahead of them going on Rightmove. I would recommend Charters Farnham (especially Jonny) and look forward to the next houses we get shown! Thank you Jonny
