We used Carrie and Tim at Charters with our sale and I cannot recommend them enough. Always unfailingly polite and efficient, they were dab hands at moving our sale forward without antagonism. We are so pleased we used them at Charters and hope the people of Farnham use them too!

During a lengthy sale and purchase process we were kept informed and updated regularly, sometimes on a daily basis. Unlike many Estate Agents I have dealt with, Jonny carefully listened to what we were looking for and was very proactive in letting us know when a house that might be of interest was coming on the market ... before it reached Rightmove etc. Invariably when he invited us to look around a house, it was very much with our requirements and wishes in mind.
