EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ALL THE WAY THROUGH

Tim has worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale went through. Despite some delays we have now exchanged - all the way through Tim was in contact with all the relevant parties trying to sort out any problems. We can't thank him enough for his approachable attitude his sense of humour and the support he gave us. The whole team at Charters worked very hard and we think they are the best agents by far.

Fantastic, personable and professional

Samantha was fantastic when we were having trouble finding an appropriate mortgage. She kept us calm, was always professional, kept us up to date but most of all went the extra mile. We will now always turn to Samamta for any financial advice we may need. We can't recommend her enough!

Instills confidence through his personable manner and attention to needs

Johnny is our favourite Charters agent and was involved in selling our house before he moved to Farnham. We were very sorry when he was no longer involved. He has a very relaxed and easy manner, backed by empathy to a persons requirements, and excellent selling skills. He will have a very successful career.. My wife echoes these views.

Outstanding!

One Hundred Per Cent.

Following an experience with a previous mortgage adviser that can only be described as a catastrophic failure, Samantha was approached to see if she could resolve our predicament. Her expertise and knowledge shone through, and we were in receipt of a mortgage offer within a mind blowing 10 days! Samantha's service was exemplary: she removed all the stress and worry associated with the application and kept us informed at every stage of the process. We cannot recommend Samantha highly enough.

Sound, practical, advice
