Sophie Henry- an all star sales manager

It is difficult to express in words the appreciation we have for Sophie and Martyn Gerrard. Sophie was our manager both for buying and selling our flat in Finchley. When we bought the flat, we were first time buyers; Sophie not only walked us through the new process efficiently and supportively, but she did it all in a few weeks so we could move in just before our wedding. She was so professional but also friendly--which made us want to keep in touch and always say hello if we saw her around the neighbourhood. Truly, though, Sophie's talent and grace in her role was epitomised in the selling of our flat two years after our purchase. We initially chose to put our flat on the market with a different--bigger--agency because we thought they'd have more contacts and could sell our flat faster. This was a big mistake. This new agency was impersonal and clearly did not know the area--unlike Sophie. Our flat didn't sell for nearly 3 months. We brought Martyn Gerrard on board, and within a few weeks, Sophie had found us buyers for our flat. From that point onward, the sale went smoothly and we were able to move out to the country as hoped. We cannot recommend Sophie highly enough--either for buying or selling. She was incredibly professional the entire time, and even after she took over from the other agency, she was only positive, supportive and optimistic about the sale. She knows her stuff, and she is a friendly and honest sales manager. Thanks very much, Sophie, for everything the past few years!
