Flat 3 4 Cyprus Road, Finchley Central

Hi Martyn Gerrard, My girlfriend and I have just exchanged on the purchase of the above property. We are first time buyers so needed slightly more assistance than most! We viewed the flat through Sophie Henry who knew exactly what she was talking about and was probably the most impressive agent we dealt with during our "looking for a flat period". She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but provided honest and frank advice. She was always on hand to advise us on what to do next and was really good at managing our expectations as well as the vendors expectations.
