Excellent Service

My wife and I are first time landlords having recently relocated from our flat in London which we were looking to let out. We were with another agent locally for over two months with no success. Having switched to MG on a Thursday, we had 9 viewings on the Saturday and an offer to let the flat (at asking rent) on the following Monday morning before 9:30am! Eva and her colleague Rayan provided a professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. They were not "pushy", instead respecting our opinions and thoughts on the process. When we encountered a difficulty just before signing of the tenancy agreement, Rayan ensured that this was resolved as quickly as possible and the resulting delay was therefore minimal.
