The sale of our house was relatively straightforward, and thank you to everyone involved to that point, but it was in the after sale period that Marlon at Martyn Gerrard really helped. We had a delayed completion date and Marlon was excellent at keeping in touch in with all parties including the new homes developer at the very end of the chain. He kept our buyers and ourselves informed and was spot on with his estimate of the likely completion date. In addition to this he carried out several accompanied viewings of our property after the exchange when our buyers wanted to show their architects around. It was extremel;y helpul to me to have Marlon available to do this and I really apprecaited this service.. He was always calm and sensible - a much needed quality during stressful times.
