My elderly mum rents from Ellis & Co Finchley branch and has been a tenant now for 12 years. I have often liaised on her behalf with Nicki and other members of the team and each time the experience has been a pleasant one. Nicki promptly takes onboard any concerns and ensures that it is dealt with very quickly and in the shortest of time! I will say that the customer experience each and every time has been great!
