I am very happy with the way Ellis & Co and in particular Neil handled my purchase. As a buyer I always felt that Neil had both side's best interests in mind with a collaborative spirit. Through the challenge of lockdown he was always there to answer my silly questions and make sure I was still comfortable to proceed including handling some tricky negotiations. Most of he gently let me know what needed to be done and when, to keep everything on track. When it eventually comes time to sell I will be happy to instruct Ellis & Co.
