I have worked with many estate agents over the years but none could compare with Khalid at Ellis & Co in Finchley. He is straightforward, professional and really knows his stuff. All Khalid's advice was spot-on; he found three buyers for my late mother's house within three days of marketing, negociated a better price than we had expected and advised us how to push for exchange when the buyer started to procrastinate. Khalid and his friendly team were always available for help and support. Altogether an excellent service and highly recommended.
