Knowledgable and speedy

When I was looking at flats 18 months ago, the estate agent I spoke to was knowledgable, allowed me to view a number of properties and gave me the space to make my own decision on which flat to rent without pressurising me into a decision. Martin Gerrard is also my Letting Management company. They are very friendly and are always quick to respond to any issues in the flat if and when they arise.
