Laura of the Frost Partnership was great. She was like a dog with a bone, going beyond her responsibilities, battling solicitors, chasing mortgage lenders etc to get our house move over the line. If only the onward solicitors in the chain took a leaf out of her book. They were shockingly unprofessional and made the journey very painful and torturous. Laura was efficient in taking on that strain listening to our screams!! Thanks Laura!
