I found Dan Terry at Romans Fleet to be personable, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I, as the buyer of a property was 'looked after' but he kept his client's interests at the forefront of every discussion and negotiation which I respected. If I was selling a property through Romans, I would expect the information about the house given to prospective purchasers to be of a higher standard, including photos ( neighbours can be seen on driveways etc) but this takes nothing away from our cheerful agent who put in the time to ensure a satisfactory conclusion was reached.
