Excellent efficient and friendly customer service during the sale and purchase in the Fleet area. The team excelled in dealing with the sometimes difficult communication issues where this transaction was mostly carried out over the phone, as I was supervising the move of an elderly relative. The helpfulness of Andy, Matt and Amy was especially appreciated with the 'home visits' to the relative in my absence, when essential paperwork required attention. The move went smoothly with helpful reassurance dealing with the many concerns. Any queries were dealt with in a professional manner throughout. It was a pleasure being invited back to the team, after-sales, to chat and catch-up which added a personal touch, something otherwise often missing in the increasingly busy modern world.
