In an endless parade of incompetent estate agents ROMANS took the biscuit. Stood us up on three arranged viewings after we took time off work to do so. "We had the wrong number for you" shoddy, unprofessional, DO NOT USE. Whatever retort they post below should be ignored.

Hi Frazer, we’re really sorry to read that you’ve been unhappy with the experience you’ve had with us and our team at Fleet when attempting to view a property. We consistently strive for exceptional service and it’s a shame to hear you didn’t receive this from us on this occasion. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Jodie Lees the Lettings Manager at Fleet about your comments, she’s informed me that you had 3 viewings with us booked for Monday, 1 of them was let prior to the appointment and sadly one we were unable to gain access to from the current tenant meaning two of the appointments had to be cancelled. Jodie has stated that before the appointments the team tried to call you using the number we had registered on the system to make you aware but mentioned that they couldn’t get hold of you so they left a voicemail, sent a text message asking for you to confirm if you were happy just to see the one and sent an email also advising of this. When you called in to advise you were outside one of the properties, the team immediately offered to come down and meet with you but I understand you then changed your mind about viewing the property. We can appreciate why you’d be dissatisfied because of the appointments being cancelled especially after taking time off work and would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused because of this.
