Just exchanged contracts on a purchase with the team at Romans in Fleet. We had originally declined to view the house with another agent due to the poor quality photography. With some 'persistence' from the team at Romans, we agreed to look at the house that they felt was right for us. As soon as we walked through the door, we immediately knew it was the one.
