I just moved in (well, I say 'just', 3 months ago!) and have to say, Romans have been amazing! Helena, Jodie, Lisa have all been wonderful, and I particularly appreciated the welcome card and little gift that was waiting for me when I moved in. Such a thoughtful gesture. Debra has been great with dealing with any property related questions/queries I've had and Jo Hunt who did the property inspection is an absolute delight! Not quite knowing what to expect, I was a bit nervous but she was so friendly, personable and warm but professional as well, it was actually a lovely experience! All in all, I've had nothing but a great service from Romans and would definitely recommend them.
