Today we exchanged on our sale and purchase & I cannot believe how smoothly & quickly everything has gone through, this is without doubt due to Phil doing all of the chasing for us and keeping us constantly up to date. Phil was able to recommend a surveyor, solicitor etc. And was always available to give advice & responded to our queries efficiently. This is our third move and we will never use anyone else now that we have found Country Properties. Everyone we have spoken to including Christine and Stephen have been friendly & helpful always.
